Global brand, Muller Milk & Ingredients, has recently upgraded the external look of one of their flagship sites – Severnside in Gloucestershire, where a wide range of dairy products are produced on a daily basis.

Muller is the largest supplier and distributor of milk and associated products in the United Kingdom and, as such, constantly innovates to remain the nation’s private-label dairy leader.

In order to achieve this the company has established itself as a partner of choice for many large retailers and therefore strives to maintain first-class customer service. Internally the innovation provides lean and efficient production. Externally, Muller invests in their sites to maximise their brand and boost the experience of staff, customers, and contractors alike.

The Severnside project consisted of over 200 metres of ‘Muller Red’ vinyl film applied across the external facing windows on three stories and the reception area. The branding has allowed visitors to find it easier to navigate around the site.

David Wellman, Business Support Manager at Müller Milk & Ingredients, led the project in collaboration with Hardy Signs Ltd.

David said: “People don’t always get to see the improvements that Müller invest in. This project though can be seen. The brief was to ‘wake up’ the tired old brown building. The addition of these vinyls to the glass panels at the front of the building has delivered a massive transformation.”

Tom Hardy, Operations Director at Hardy Signs, added: ‘’We are delighted to have helped David bring his vision for exterior of the Severnside building to life. Our installation team worked through difficult conditions using specialist access equipment to reach the high areas. We hope this major transformation helps Muller grow further in 2022 as we continue to support them as a supplier of choice.’’
