After pre-booking a visitor through the Online Portal, an email invitation can be issued to the expected visitor. Here you can add your branding, content, attachments and receipts, visitor arrival instructions or messages, request or assign parking spaces and trigger QR invites for easy check in from a mobile with a QR scanner – Making the whole process swift and professional. The system can also be configured to automatically email the host to confirm the visitor’s arrival.
REPORTING
The Online Portal allows you to view dynamic lists of expected, arrived and departed visitors and produce statistical reports such as visitor statistics, trends, volumes, no-shows and much more.
ITEMS CONTROL
Issue items to visitors in advance or on arrival – such as radios, keys, access cards and fobs. Add on-screen alerts for your chosen items on checkout.
