Our marketing manager, Daniel Nikolla has been awarded the Future Face of Sales, Marketing and Communication 2020 at Future Faces Awards 2020.
The judging panel said: ‘’Daniel was awarded for launching a new marketing strategy based on digital transformation and content marketing for Hardy Signs. He has had a huge impact on sales for the company.’’
The annual awards recognise the rising stars of the region’s business community aged 35 and under across ten separate categories.
Mr Nikolla was born in Tirana, Albania and moved to London in 2013. He relocated to the midlands to join Hardy Signs in 2018 as a marketing executive and was promoted to his current position at the beginning of 2020. Daniel has picked up other awards in the past for his work as a student union president at City and Islington College in London and his student activism with the National Union of Students UK. He graduated from the University of West London with a BA of Arts in Film Production.
Daniel’s category was sponsored by Elonex Outdoor Media. He was shortlisted alongside Hattie D’Souza from East Village Agency, Sarah Yates from Gensler, Mat Lovell from Millennium Point and Will Savage from PLMR Birmingham.
Future Faces, led by president Mark Hipwell, is the Chamber’s ever-growing network for young professionals and the leaders of tomorrow run by the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce. This division exists to network, develop and recognise young professionals from any sector across Greater Birmingham. Their members are from a vast range of sectors, making our network uniquely diverse and strong. This was their sixth annual awards ceremony.
