Following the success of the award-winning Remembrance Centre, the National Memorial Arboretum once again appointed Hardy Signs Ltd in partnership with creative agency, Brand Jam Ltd to supply and install a new signage scheme for their new events building, Aspects.

The recently completed project is an £8m purpose-built contemporary facility , providing flexible space for between 12 and 500 guests. With stunning views across the grounds; Aspects, provides a remarkable and memorable location for Remembrance events, military reunions, conferences and banquets.

Continuing a successful relationship with the Arboretum – Hardy Signs and Brand Jam were called up on to offer a full suite of custom designed and bespoke fabricated signage both interior and exterior for the facility. The solutions combine modern and traditional, natural materials, to encapsulate the concept of a ‘Pavilion in the Landscape’.

“We are particularly proud of the natural wooden elements within this signage scheme” explained Tom Hardy, Operations Director. “Our skilled manufacturing team have interpreted the unique concepts created by Chris and his team at Brand Jam and have used the latest technology to craft three-dimensional lettering from locally sourced, rustic, raw materials in Willow, Alder, Oak, Chestnut and Hornbeam… the results are stunning”.

In addition, Hardy Signs produced and successfully installed signage in glass, aluminium and stainless steel… working to compliment the surrounding environment of each individual location. The signage will help to inform, educate and inspire – through the events spaces and meetings rooms which will provide a permanent home for the wide range of events hosted at the Arboretum each year.

Chris Robinson, Founder & Creative Director of Brand Jam added: ”We are immensely proud of the unique signage solutions we designed for Aspects. The Arboretum is such an important place both locally and nationally it’s been a honour to work on the project. The team at Hardy Signs has been fantastic to work with. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail during the manufacture and install process has insured the end result is one of the very highest of quality.”

Sarah Oakden, Head of Marketing at the National Memorial Arboretum, said: “The opening of Aspects is another landmark moment as we can now offer a contemporary events space in a stunning and inspirational location. Brand Jam has once again interpreted our brief with great understanding and Hardy Signs has delivered the project to the highest quality… we’re delighted that our 3 organisations continue to work together successfully as the site continues to grow.”

Nik Hardy, Founder and Managing Director of Hardy Signs concluded: “The Aspects project for the Arboretum is a reflection of how national organisations have come to trust Hardy Signs to provide prestigious, bespoke signage and to deliver it with a prompt and professional service”.
