National Memorial Arboretum

Hardy Signs is a proud Signage supplier of the National Memorial Arboretum.

The last few years have seen Hardy Signs Ltd strengthen the presence of their products and services at National Memorial Arboretum. In partnership with Brand Jam Ltd – we won the tender to design, manufacture and install the required signage for Aspects, the events building at the NMA.

We have provided many signage solutions over the years these include wayfinding signage, post & panel signs, totem signs. We’ve used our CNC router at Hardy Place to create 3D letters for directional and information signage. Laser-cut acrylic has been used for lettering on pieces of wood and added vinyl for a very different look overall. We have used illuminated signage, hoarding signage, digital signage, wall graphics, window graphics and many, many more solutions with various jobs still on-going.

Most recently we added signage for the ‘Far East Prisoners of War Exhibition’ and post and panel signs for a dog walking route on-site.

The NMA – About:

The National Memorial Arboretum is the UK’s year-round Centre of Remembrance; a spiritually uplifting place which honours the fallen recognises service and sacrifice and fosters pride in our country. It is a living and lasting memorial. Since planting began in 1997, the National Memorial Arboretum has been a special place honouring those who have served, and continue to serve, our nation in many different ways.

Covering 150 acres, the Arboretum has something for everyone. For some it’s a wonderful place to stroll and enjoy the trees; for others, it’s a peaceful and beautiful place to remember loved ones, particularly those who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.

The trees and the more than 300 dedicated memorials on our site make the Arboretum a living tribute that will forever acknowledge the personal sacrifices made by the Armed Forces and civil services of this country.
