Urban Chef is a family-run restaurant serving its customers since 1989 based in Burton-On-Trent.

This project had a few different signage solutions manufactured and installed by our team at Hardy Signs. These solutions included digital screens to display their menus, an internal logo on ACM mounted on spacers with LEDs fitted on the back to make it halo illuminated, totem signage with laser cut aluminium panels – backed with acrylic and various other signs around the restaurant.

Halo illuminated signage allows light to show up making the signage stand out to customers when added to lettering with non-illuminated faces, this lighting effect brings definition to the feature. It is usually chosen for signs that have a shallow depth.
