The Commonwealth Games 2022 has now wrapped up, but the buzz they created in and around the region will stay for a long time. For 11 days, Birmingham took the centre stage in the world sports arena. The XXII Commonwealth games brought thousands of tourists from other parts of the UK and the world. According to local authorities, it is estimated to have generated over £1bn for the hosting city and local region.

Hardy Signs was delighted to contribute to the richness of products, services and companies that made the games happen. Through working with CSM Live and Sandwell Council, our machines and our people ensured that the signage required was fitted to exact requirements and within deadlines.As a multi-award-winning manufacturer, we worked closely with the other event partners to supply:

  1. Graphics with anti-graffiti lamination for all hoarding at Chamberlain Square in the heart of the city. Among the graphics applied, we were pleased to install images of Perry The Bull.

Hardy Signs are pleased to have supplied signage for the number-one motorsport merchandise store, Vantage 97, helping them to represent Porsche Motorsport at 24H Le Mans.

We are delighted to continue supplying Vantage and creating an attractive store POS for them and their partners. For this project, we produced several printed fabric graphics, cut to shape logo – masked and ready to apply and other graphics in preparation for their store at the legendary 24h Le Mans.

Last year, we completed a full external signage rebrand project which required a variety of signs applied to outdoor environments, in order to represent the brand of Vantage in the best way. The external signage rebrand also aims to increase the footfall at their physical point of sale.
