Three members of the Hardy Signs team are currently undertaking Level 3 course of Leadership and Management.

The course is being delivered from Business Development Midlands Ltd (BDM), a training provider that operates mainly in the West Midlands. BDM are accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management, City and Guilds and the Institute of Sales and Marketing and have a particular focus on delivering accredited leadership and management courses.

Our sales manager Scott Sudale, accountant assistant Neve Hardy and BD and marketing executive Daniel Nikolla are being trained on topics such as understanding leadership, planning and allocating work, making decisions and more.

The course is taking place at the fantastic facilities of Burton Albion FC.


Hardy Signs takes the training of its staff very seriously. In 2016, the company partnered with Burton and South Derbyshire College to form the Hardy Signs ‘Sign and Print Academy’. The academy is instrumental in supporting and developing students and taking apprentices through work placement.


All the staff undertake relevant courses, in order to work at Hardy Signs. The office staff further develop their skills through face to face workshops and online training courses.
