Hardy Signs team wins the third award of the year at East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Awards 2020.
We are delighted to announce that our marketing manager Daniel Nikolla has been awarded the Generation Next Young Professional of the Year award.
Sponsored by the University of Derby, the award celebrates professionals aged between 18 and 35 who demonstrate clear and rapid progress within their field.
Dr. Peter Dewhurst, Commercial Director at the University of Derby said: ‘’It’s a particular honour to be linked with the Generation Next Derbyshire Category. It is a hugely important category as we all know we are facing major challenges at the moment. It’s at times like these that we need to turn to the young talent that there is in this county and the Generation Next award helps you to do so.’’

Mr Nikolla was born in Tirana, Albania and moved to London in 2013. He relocated to the midlands to join Hardy Signs in 2018 as a marketing executive and was promoted to his current position at the beginning of 2020. Daniel has picked up other awards in the past for his work as a student union president at City and Islington College in London and his student activism with the National Union of Students UK. He graduated from the University of West London with a BA of Arts in Film Production.

Daniel was shortlisted alongside Thomas Ward from Wytech and Christopher Monk from Monkey vs Owl. We would like to wish them the best for the future.
