Grosvenor Shopping Centre

In 2016, The Grosvenor announced plans to expand and redevelop the site in Stanley Street with owners Eskmuir Securities investing £11m in the project. As the regeneration is completed and with retail giant TK Maxx settling in to their new space in the new multi-million-pound centre, Hardy Signs, working on behalf of developer Bowmer & Kirkland, were awarded the contract to supply and install a range of prestigious signage.

Working through the night to ensure minimal disruption, the HS team introduced several sets of three-dimensional letters and logos which are illuminated from within via LED. The range included projecting signage for Boots and Clarks as well as other centre brands. In order to tackle the project, the team utilised special scissor access equipment and successfully created bespoke fabricated fixing structure for the centre’s new steel canopy.

The Hardy Signs installers are experienced in works of this nature and the project was delivered to great success and within the short deadline for completion. Having delivered many projects of a similar nature for retail organisations across the UK, the developer was confident in choosing Hardy Signs to offer a high quality service once again.
