Daniel Valles has been appointed as the new business development manager at Hardy Signs, supporting the business’s growth.

Daniel, who brings a wealth of experience to the role, will be developing the portfolio of customers across the midlands to support the long-term business objectives.

He said: ‘’I have been in the signage industry for 30 years, and I have developed all types of roles from installing signs to contract and project managing and sales managing.’’

‘’My main goal is to work on enhancing the reputation of Hardy Signs within the signage industry. That’s from increasing the work that we do with current clients and expanding into new clients.’’

Lewis Cavanagh, 16, is the new workshop operative of Hardy Signs. He is currently undertaking a Level 2 supply chain and warehouse operative apprenticeship with Burton and South Derbyshire College.

Lewis, who is new to the industry, aims to build his confidence and teamwork with his colleagues.

Managing director Nik Hardy added: ‘Daniel and Lewis have shown outstanding enthusiasm and commitment. Daniel has a deep understanding and experience in what makes the sector tick.
