Bass Charity Vase is an association football tournament founded in 1889 in Burton upon Trent to raise funds for medical and hospital charities. The first final was played in 1890 and was won by Derby County, who is one the most successful clubs, with 17 titles.

The current champions are Aston Villa, who gained it after a 4–0 victory over Burton Albion F.C. in the final a few days ago.

Nik Hardy was invited by the charity’s committee to present the trophy to the winning team. While he would have wanted Burton Albion to win the trophy, he was delighted to hand it to Aston Villa.

Aston Villa who won the final 4-0, opened the score in the 4th minute. Both teams continue the preparations for the new season.

We were delighted to be involved with this trophy once again. Our Marketing Manager, Adam Bates is involved with Bass Charity Vase

and we would encourage everyone to support the charity.
